Cost of exchange and return shipping and method: If the product is defective or sent by mistake, Abaya Lamah will bear all shipping costs for the exchange and return process. A (return – exchange) slip will be issued within 48 hours from the date of the order upload. You can ship the product after receiving the slip via email through the same company that delivered it. Order cancellation is not possible after it has been sent to the workshop, but it can be canceled before starting production.
